Importance of Leadership

As the clocks ticking down with 30 seconds left in the game. Who do you look to for the key play? There always is that person that everybody looks up to when its clutch. Most people are scared to rise above and be the person who people look to for the play of the game. What causes people to not lead and go beyond their limits? Is it they cant get the job done? Is It they're scared of messing up and letting everyone down? or is it the inability to not have enough self-confidence to over come being afraid. Not having that person you can look up to can effect not only "team" but your self. The importance of leadership has so much more than just looking up to them it has to do with not only looking up but also never looking down after that. Don't just satisfy your needs with just OK. Satisfy your needs with extraordinary! There's one thing to be a playmaker but, can you be the person who steps up and leads!? If a person doesn't have someone to look up to that is more than a playmaker it causes them to almost give up and lose confidence in them selves. Without a leader its harder to overcome defeat and when you can't overcome the overwhelming aspect of defeat you start to lose who you are and eventually cause you to never overcome defeat. Which causes people to give up not only on them selves but school, sports, life, everything that makes you drive and be happy will no longer be if you don't have he confidence to rise above and go far. Don't just look up never look down again.

Teachers and why they cant just RELAX and enjoy their job!It might help a kid go further.

I don't know about you but when a teacher ruins my day or does something that is way out of proportion it tends to make me not want to come back. If teachers had the ability to live and enjoy the small things of teaching students and letting them express who they are but still lead them to get the job done and go further in this world. Students and Teachers obviously have always had a past of butting heads and ruining relationships. If there was a way to get us all to be kind and not sweat the small stuff like being late to class, not being where your suppose to be , or even just arguing. Teachers think they have to go and cause problems by 1. either sending you to the office 2.causing the student to lose interest in the subject which they are in 3. when students get to the point with a teacher that the student just... stops showing up. I know that i would always give my best and show up and show no disrespect against a teacher if they would allow me to be me and not go so mad over stupid stuff. If teachers didn't over react students would go further ... college or go to some kind of post-grad school after High School. Instead of becoming nothing!

"Stealing from the State"

The title I have chosen has to do with young adults inability to respect what has been given to them. For example; Students apply for grants, scholarships, and student loans. They take this money that they have applied for and do the opposite of what its used for. They 're suppose to use it to buy books , college accessories and they're tuition. As the year goes on the classes get harder and the ability to get up and attend they're all expense paid trip to college. Then they slowly stop attending, failing, and considering that "they can sit around and play video games at home." Pablo Salcido.

If you can do all the things that you do at home why take money from others, why take the states money and use it for the so called experience? If you stop participating in that experience then everything you've worked for up till now becomes almost a waste of time if you attend college for a solid half of a semester. the purpose of the State giving you that grant is so you get that 1 in a million chance for an experience of a life time, the chance to do something remarkable, or even just do something with your life.
